We are a small massage and facial studio. In order to keep service pricing down we do not have a receptionist. If you call our office number and we aren't able to answer please leave a detailed voicemail and someone will call you back when available as we maybe in service.

Cancellation Policy:

We have a 24-hour cancellation/ rescheduling policy. Our therapist work off commission and are not paid unless the service is preformed. Please cancel within 24 hours' notice or you will be charged the FULL amount of your service booked.
If we are unable to charge your card for that amount, you will be banned from booking until the fee is paid. We do understand things may arise and will review cancellations on a case by case basis.

We do have multiple emails and texts that are sent before your service to remind you. If you aren’t receiving those please reach out to us so we can update your contact info.

Gift Certificates

You can purchase gift certificates online and have it emailed to you or the recipient. If you would like a more presentable gift certificate please contact us and schedule a time to stop by and purchase one.

Gift Certificates not purchased online will not have a code to use when booking. Please contact us if you have a gift certificate without a code or proceed with booking online by clicking the reserve without paying option and show us your gift certificate when you arrive for your appointment.

Minors:

Minors are permitted to receive services . Clients under the age of 15 will need to have an adult present otherwise will be required to fill out a minor consent form.
